CD4,PD-1 and FoxP3 positive cells were mainly distributed in the intestinal lamina propria. CD4 (a, b) and PD-1 (c, d) were detected primarily at the cell membranes and within the cytoplasm (IHC, ×200), whereas FoxP3 was localized in the nucleus (e, f) (IHC, ×200).
